Kahlee Rae

Director / Mortgage & Finance Broker

Built on more than a decade of proven success as a mortgage and finance consultant in the Northern Rivers, Kahlee brings deep industry expertise and genuine client care to Familia Finance.

Having lived and worked in the Northern Rivers region for the past 30+ years, Kahlee has a strong understanding of the local property market and the realities of buying and owning property in the region, whether that’s a first home, a family upgrade, a rural or lifestyle property, or an investment.

  • Outside of work, Kahlee enjoys time with her husband, son and two spirited dogs, embracing family life and all the simple things. Her days include time with her horses and a flock of chickens, with fresh eggs generously shared among friends and family.

    For Kahlee, a peaceful horse ride offers a quiet reset, a chance to pause and reflect. Time spent outdoors is a natural form of meditation and a reminder to slow down and appreciate life’s little moments.

Arnique Goldsmith

Broker Support / Administrative Assistant

Arnique is a valued member of the Familia Finance team, providing essential administrative and client support to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.

Arnique graduated from Lismore High School last year, completing her Higher School Certificate (HSC) and entering the workforce with enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn. As she begins her professional journey, Arnique brings a fresh perspective, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing her skills within the finance industry.

  • Outside of work, Arnique dedicates her time to family and friends and in her free time loves researching and discovering new things, always curious and eager to expand her knowledge.

    Born in Lismore, Arnique has lived in the Northern Rivers region for most of her life, growing up on a farm alongside her younger brother and plenty of animals.
