Do you charge a fee for your services?

No. Familia Finance does not charge clients for home loan advice, guidance, or support. You’ll receive personalised lending assistance, lender comparisons, and ongoing support at no direct cost to you.
Can you come to me outside of business hours?

We’re available 7 days a week, during and after business hours. Meetings can be wherever suits you best, or via secure video conference. We make finance convenient and flexible around your schedule.
Do you only help with home loans?

No. In addition to home loans and refinancing, Familia Finance also assists with investment property loans, construction and renovation loans, debt consolidation, equity release, commercial lending, business finance, and asset and equipment finance.
Where do you service?

Familia Finance offers in-person appointments across the Northern Rivers, including Lismore, Wollongbar, Alstonville, Ballina, Lennox Head, Byron Bay, Casino and surrounding areas.
We also offer flexible virtual appointments for clients located outside the Northern Rivers, so you can access personalised finance support wherever you’re based in Australia.
